All the enemy textures for Quake2 RTX have been A.I upscaled, normal maps created and specularity added. Over time i'll probably tweak them where needed as there is probably some places they need fixing or improving. There's just a couple things i need to do before uploading them, then ill post a link for the DL.

Turned out to be an issue with having the models in the directory with the new textures. I was extracting them from the .pak to view in CrazyBump. Dunno why this caused the issues, but once they were deleted the issues went away. I only noticed because I started a play through and the Infantry was doing really weird things and the death animations were messed up. I also had a poke around some old drives and managed to find the source files for the HD hud textures I was making. I’ve got the Help menu in game and it looks a lot nicer. Those hud graphics don’t upscale nice at all, you need to remake those by hand. I think there’s only one other I’ll need to make as most of the stuff included with RTX is good enough. Now, if only I could find those mud box files!

Uploaded some photos, will upload more soon once i sort out a few issues. A weird issue I've encountered is the Tank Commanders seem to be using the Pain skin from the regular Tanks. I spent ages trying to figure it out then came across a post on the Yamagi Quake 2 github where they had a bug where the Tank commanders were using both the regular and pain skins from the normal tanks: Tank Commanders using the wrong skin · Issue #48 · yquake2/yquake2 · GitHub Hopefully the RTX devs include a fix in a later patch. Was hoping to get all the boss textures done by now, but this bug had me stumped for a long time. Also spent far too long trying to get a nice looking emissive texture for the tank commander. More soon.
